Return & Exchange Policy
In order to be eligible for a refund, you have to return the product within 30 calendar days of your purchase. The product must be in the same condition that you receive it and undamaged in any way.
After we receive your item, our team will inspect it and process your refund. The money will be refunded to the original payment method you’ve used during the purchase. For credit card payments it may take 5 to 10 business days for a refund to show up on your credit card statement.
If the product is damaged in any way, or you have initiated the return after 30 calendar days have passed, you will not be eligible for a refund. To return a product for an exchange or refund, please request a Returned Merchandise Authorization (RMA) at email@example.com. You are responsible for return postage fees. If you would like us to provide a pre-paid return label, notify us in your RMA email request. In this case, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refunded amount. We cannot process or refund packages marked "Return to Sender."
We advise all returned products to be sent using a delivery confirmation system (tracking number) to ensure proper delivery.
We ship free of charge with USPS Retail Ground Service anywhere within the contiguous United States. We currently do not offer international shipping. We ship items out as soon as possible, but this will not always be the same day as your order. In most cases, you will receive your order anywhere from 3-10 business days from the date that your order is placed. If we anticipate a longer lead time, it will be noted in the item description. After your payment is authorized and verified, it can still take up to two business days to process your order in our warehouse. Orders that are system flagged may be asked to verify additional information and we are not responsible for the delay in processing your order. Business days do not include weekend or holidays. Orders placed on Friday after 12 PM (CT) or over the weekend will begin processing on the following Monday.
